Student affairs SPECIAL EDITION November 9, 2022

Well @ CLS Resources

We get it. Law school asks A LOT of you. And at this time of year, it’s easy to feel like you can only pick two priorities (or one!): keeping up with coursework, taking care of your physical and mental well-being, and having something that resembles a social life. We want to make it a little easier to have all three. We’ve compiled some resources around Columbia and our city that might offer some opportunities to recharge. Be gentle to yourself in this season. And please reach out if you need help.

For urgent mental health concerns, call 212-854-2878 (available 24/7).
