- Wellness Workshop Series with Alice! Health Promotion - Thurs. 2/24, 4:20-5:20 p.m. in JG 107 Join Alice! Health Promotion for a brief, practical workshop that will help you develop and practice useful time management strategies, address your procrastination, and build a balanced schedule that is right for you. There will be 15 minutes of content accompanied by up to 40 minutes of open Q&A. First come, first served snack boxes!

Judicial Clerkships
- Faculty Clerkships Panel - Tues. (2s Day) Feb. 22, 12:10pm - 1:10 p.m. (RSVP) A panel discussion on the faculty perspective on how to best approach your coursework; develop a professional relationship with your potential faculty recommenders; how to request a recommendation letter before graduation; and why staying in touch throughout your career is important, particularly in respect of alumni clerkship opportunities, including at the U.S. Supreme Court. This event will be in person, with the option to tune in via Zoom. Food will be provided for those who RSVP in advance.
- Reminder: OGP sent a ist of graduating LL.M. students to ISSO, so OPT forms do not need to be signed by an academic advisor.
- Gender-Based Misconduct and Bystander Intervention Training for LLMs -Thurs. Feb. 24, 12:10-1:10 p.m. (WJW 103) Join representatives from the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards and Sexual Violence Response to learn more about what constitutes gender-based misconduct, and what you can do as a bystander to intervene. - The Exam Reschedule Request form is now open. The form closes on Thur. 3/10 at 3:00 p.m. (EST). You no longer need to fill out the form to reschedule same day and back to back exams. Our office now automatically makes those adjustments. However please email us if you do not want your same day and back to back exams rescheduled. How Can We Repair Our Democracy? A Conversation with Rep. Ro Khanna - Professors Olatunde Johnson and Jed Purdy will host a conversation with Rep. Khanna (D-CA), the author of Dignity in a Digital Age whose district includes Silicon Valley. The discussion will engage and go beyond the themes of the book to discuss the state of American democracy and what kinds of ideas, effort, and spirit are needed to make it work. Register

Visualizing Violence: Art Looks @ the Law & History of Implicit Bias(Online) A conversation with Bayeté Ross Smith, who was selected this past fall as Columbia Law School’s inaugural Artist-in-Residence for 2021-2022. Smith, who has overseen the installation of several mixed- and multi-media works in Jerome Greene Hall, will discuss our society’s relationship with violence, both historically and in contemporary life, through the lenses of identity, history, and visual memory.
