Student Services
Smoking Policy: The University prohibits smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes (“e-cigarettes”) and all vaping devices in any indoor area, in all University vehicles, and in outdoor seating or viewing areas of sports arenas and recreational areas, such as those at Baker Field. Smoking is also prohibited outdoors within 20 feet of all University buildings (including undergraduate housing).
Alice! Health Promotion Student Volunteer Opportunities for 2023-2024: Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate their health and well-being? Looking to develop group facilitation or 1:1 coaching skills? If so, Alice! Health Promotion has volunteer opportunities that may be a great fit for you! Applications for Well-being Advocates (WBA) and Certified Peer Educators (CPE) are open from March 1-31. Information sessions will be held on each program; WBA on Thurs. Mar. 9 & Mon. Mar. 20, and CPE on Mon. Mar. 6 & Weds. Mar. 22. All at 6:00 p.m. Check out the details here.

The Exam Reschedule Request form is now open. The form closes on Mon. Mar. 27 at 5:00 p.m. More information is on the Law School’s rescheduling policies under the second accordion: Rescheduling a Law School Examination.
CPT Certification: Our office sent out an email about Curricular Practice Training (CPT) for F-1 Visa Holders. If your program has an earlier start date in May, you can apply for a start date variance by completing the form.

Mar. 20 for this national diversity event led by the Judicial Conference Committees on the Administration of the Bankruptcy System and the Magistrate Judges System, with the goal of attracting a broad and diverse pool of qualified applicants to the federal bankruptcy and magistrate benches. We encourage anyone who might be interested in learning more about possible paths to becoming a U.S. Bankruptcy or U.S. Magistrate Judge to attend the event. Financial & Child Care Financial Wellness Resources - Students experiencing unexpected financial need, including food and housing insecurity, may be eligible for additional assistance. To apply for emergency assistance, complete the funding request form.
